Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of Great Energy as a professional OEM manufacturer. This concept is being promoted all around the factories from management to all departments and all levels of staffs. Our Marketing Executives are delegated to provide services to our customers in the front-line.
  1. Information gathering by understanding customers,how they will use our product in their application, what is their expected performance,etc...
  2. Prepare product technical specification to customer for approval
  3. Customized artwork and packaging design if customer want to sale under their own brand name
  4. Provide quotation as well as samples for verification testing
  5. Provide technical training if necessary
  6. Assist customer in problem solving in case there is any problem in using our products
  7. For any customer concern or complaint, we will issue First Response Report and take immediate containment action within 24 hours. After through investigation and root cause analysis, we will issue Final Report (8D report) and implement permanent preventive action within 7 days
Information required to select suitable battery product
Before we can come up with a solution to fit for customer's requirement, it is highly recommended to have following information identified:
(I) About the application:
  • Operating voltage
  • Current drain
  • Discharge pattern (continues, pulse)
  • Environmental condition
  • Circuit protection (cut-off by current, temperature...)
(II) About the battery:
  • Size and configuration
  • Connection type
  • Expected service life
